Serpentor - Mail Away Sample

Once a GI Joe toy's shelf life had expired, Hasbro often made that figure or vehicle available through their mail order program. Serpentor was released with his Air Chariot in 1986 and discontinued in 1988 where he was then offered as a mail-away. This particular figure was used internally at Hasbro to approve the mail away package design.
