Hand Painted Prototype - Dreadnok Ground Assault



Hasbro would routinely use hand-painted models or one-of-a-kind test shots to photograph for inclusion in promotions, catalogs, and advertisements. This is why figures would appear different than the ones depicted in the model (a great example is the 1985 Catalog Tomax and Xamot).

Pictured above are the hand-painted Dreadnok Ground Assault used by Sears to promote and publicize the 1986 Sears Exclusive set. These exact vehicles can be seen in the Sears Catalog Advertisements.
