Snow Job
|
Description:
Pictured above is a mock-up prototype of Snow
Job (1997). The camo pattern was eventually replaced with airbrushed
highlights. Also, the black details on the belt were removed and gray
details on the chest straps were added.

Additional Images:

Action figures usually start as "Hard Copies". These models
are used to create the molds, that are used to press out a run of "First
shots" or "Test shots". These test shots are done in
many different colors and lack a date stamp until the production run
begins. Because this first shot was pressed from an existing mold, it
has a date stamp. The head, lower arms, chests, waist, and legs are
from the original 1983 Snow Job - but the upper arms are from the 1984
Spirit. On the seat of his pants is "Made in India - Funskool".
This figure has no date stamp.
