Pictured above is a preproduction Keel-Haul (1993) that appeared in a Hasbro product catalog. The upper belt buckle has not been painted gold, the upper belt loops have been painted brown where the produced version is green, the hat has a gold emblem rather than a black one, the cuffs of the jacket are blue rather than black, and the stars on his collar are painted. It is highly unlikely that this figure had any emblem on his back. Also, the missile launcher pictured is significantly different than the one produced.
