Description:

Pictured above is the black and white detail art created for Toxic Time Bomb #3. While it is difficult to determine if T.T.B.'s were intended for a 1991 or 1992 release, they were presumably designed to be compatible with the Cobra Toxo-Lab (1991).

Hasbro's notes indicate:
"Cobra forces take their waste from the A.R.B.C.O. refinery and package it as time bombs, keeping Joe busy.

The timer is wound and the barrel is set to explode. 'BANG' the barrel splits in half. A robot is released spilling toxic waste as it speeds onto its mission."
