Pictured above is hand-drawn concept artwork for a proposed Major Bludd figure. The artwork on the right is the original pencil line art, the artwork on the left is the inked and colored piece.

While this Major Bludd concept appears to have been reused to create the Super Sonic Fighters version, the back of the piece clearly indicates that they were considering this Major Bludd as an Eco-Warriors villain.
