Description:
The Tiger Ray was intended to be part of the 1989 Tiger Force assortment,
but was never released. It would have been a Tiger Force repaint of
the 1987 Cobra Sea Ray vehicle.
Pictured above is a close-up of the never-released Tiger Ray. This
promotional fold-out was created by Hasbro in-house. It was apparently
a concept of how to promote the 1989 G.I.Joe assortment.
