Description:
Pictured above is a prototype version of Spirit
(1989) as the figure appeared in the 1989 yearly insert catalog. Note
that the color pattern is applied slightly different than that of the
production version with dark brown coloring rather than dark green and
a black undershirt.

Additional Images:
A similar figure appeared in a 1989 Hasbro product catalog. The most
obvious difference is the fact that Freedom is completely green (along
with the figure's backpack). Also, the figure incorporates dark green
colors while the figure above uses dark brown and the undershirt is
blue like the produced figure.
