In 1988, several proposed Tiger Force figures were changed. Tiger Force Rip Cord, Tiger Force Wild Bill, and Sabre Tooth were never produced. The Tiger Fly helicopter was released with Recondo as the pilot and not Wild Bill.

Pictured above is Tiger Force Wild Bill as the figure appeared in a 1988 Hasbro product catalog. The same image also appeared in a 1991 European Catalog. While this figure was never released in Europe as it was never released in the United States, this photograph from the Hasbro archives was still used.

Note, however, that in Europe Recondo was renamed and released anyway as Wild Bill.
