Description:

Pictured above is version of Ace as the figure was shown in a Hasbro product catalog. Note that the head used is the same head used for Flash (1982) as well as many other figures. The upper arms also appear to have been reused from another figure and are held together with hollow flanged rods. Also, the lower legs feature additional gray and white details and the helmet is completely clear.

Note that the file name labeled on the Skystriker above matches the name of Wild Bill (1983) with a different rank.

While the file name above is closer to the production version, the middle initial "J" is instead used as the character's first initial.

The animated Ace that appeared in television commercials had a gray appearance much like Ace (v5) (1998). It is unclear if this color was being considered for production or if it was simply done during the animation process.
