Description:
Pictured above is a preproduction version of Wreckage
(v7) as the figure appeared at the 2002 G.I.Joe Collector's Convention
in Norfolk, Virginia.
Wreckage was based on the figure Sabre
Tooth, an unproduced figure from the original 1988 Tiger Force line
up that fans had hoped for for many years. Several differences exist
between the Sabre Tooth prototype and the Wreckage prototype.
Differences between the Wreckage prototype and the produced Wreckage
figure include the fact that the knife on the right forearm is painted
slightly differently, the buckle on the chest is not fully painted,
and the pins on the grenades are unpainted.
