Pictured above is a factory-painted prototype of Big Brawler (2003). Note that while the produced version wears a "Brawler" shirt, this figure has a "Survival" shirt instead. Along with the running change in production from red hair to brown, this indicates a strong possibility that this figure was intended to be a new version of the character Outback (1987).

Pictured above is the hand-painted prototype of Big Brawler, which also featured the "Survival" shirt. This figure was shown at the 2002 convention in Norfolk, Virginia and was already named Big Brawler. Note that the color pattern of the camouflage is completely different and that the ammo is painted.
