Pictured above is the cover to the "Misison Rescue: Code Blue" mail-in flyer. This booklet was mailed directly to addresses that Hasbro Direct had as previous mail-in participants in 1992.

The premise behind this insert was: Hawk has been captured by Serpentor and taken to something called the M.A.Z.E compound. In order to find where he is being held within the compound, you answer some simple questions to find the right letters that spell out the bunker where he is. You then locate that bunker on a map on one page of the insert. No special rewards for finding him, other than knowing where he is...
