The G.I.Joe Early Bird Certificate Set was offered only at the 1997 G.I.Joe Convention in Philadephia by Majic Productions. Inside the kit was a certificate that could be mailed in and redeemed for an "Early Bird Kit" - four figures. Part of the certificate was a diorama that was meant to be used to display the four figures.

Pictured above is the logo on the base of the diorama. The logo celebrates the 15th anniversary of G.I.Joe - A Real American Hero.

Whether the logo was designed by Majic Productions as an unofficial logo or whether Hasbro commisioned it to be an official logo is unknown.
