Spectrum, Vol. 1 #4

Spectrum was "The Magazine of Television, Film, & Comics". Issue #4 (July 1995) featured an interview with Adam Hughes. The Adam Hughes pin-up of Scarlett that was originally presented in G.I.Joe #111 graced the back cover.
