G.I.Joe Lunchbox - 1982 (Back)

In the elementary school playground, nothing was more important to one's self esteem than the lunchbox. The difference between a cool lunchbox and a stupid lunchbox was the difference between a happy childhood and a lifetime of therapy.

The 1982 G.I.Joe metal lunchbox was made by the Aladdin company. It also came with a thermos. All the painted artwork is original - never used elsewhere.

Pictured above on the back of the lunchbox is the MOBAT tank.

From the collection of: E. Son
