Pictured above is the insert that was packaged with G.I.Joe vehicles sold in the United States in 1983.
On the left is the advertisement for the M.A.N.T.A. (Marine Assault Nautical Transporta Air-driven) - a vehicle that was never sold in stores. On the right is the advertisement offering Duke. The next year, Duke was sold in stores.
The M.A.N.T.A. was available for $1.00 and 5 flag points each, while Duke was available for $1.00 and 7 flag points each.
The back of the insert offered G.I.Joe posters and G.I.Joe sweatbands.
