Pictured is the "For G.I.Joe Team Members Only!" insert that was packaged with G.I.Joe vehicles and playsets sold in the United States in late 1988. The insert advertised several mail-in offers from Hasbro Direct - both vehicles and playsets that were no longer sold in stores and mail-in exclusives.

The items available were the Special Mission Drivers set (included Keel-Haul, Ace, Thunder, Lampreys, Strato-Viper, and Motor Viper), the G.I.Joe VAMP Mark 2, the Cobra Night Landing, the G.I.Joe Bomb Disposal, the G.I.Joe Weapons Transport, the G.I.Joe Super Trooper, the G.I.Joe Skyhawk, the Battlefield Accessories Set (included the Forward Observer, Rifle Range, Mortar Defense Unit, Missile Defense Unit, Machine Gun Defense Unit, and Ammo Dump), and a personalized G.I.Joe Dog Tag.
