Pictured above is the G.I. Joe Fan Club Re-Up Offer from 1983. This offer was sent to existing G.I. Joe Fan Club members in 1983 to try to encourage them to re-enlist in the club. The offer came in a mailer envelope and included a "Top Secret" letter, a Re-Up form, and an envelope for sending payment to Hasbro.
