Story Summary:
Airplanes have vanished in an area in the middle of ocean. So General Flagg sends Hawk, Scarlett, Breaker & Flash on an underwater mission to discover why the planes are disappearing.
Once underwater a group of Cobra soldiers attack them and captures Scarlett & Breaker. Hawk & Flash escape only to be captured a little later.
Scarlett & Breaker witness how the Cobra underwater base rises above water and fires a beam that grabs the plane and pulls it into the hanger.
Hawk & Flash escape from their guards. They find the captured pilots but leave them behind for the moment. They then disguise themselves as Cobras and go to find Scarlett & Breaker.
Cobra Commander is holding a gun to Scarlett's head when Hawk breaks in by himself. Flash comes from behind Cobra Commander to free Scarlett. Cobra Commander escapes and hits the auto destruct button. The Joes then rescue the pilots who jump in their own planes and fly away. The Joes hop on a plane and escape just as the underwater bases blows up.
