Original G.I.Joe Offer: Hasbro Direct 1986

In 1986, Hasbro Direct sold a set of 10 G.I.Joe and Cobra figures - all of which were no longer sold in stores. They dubbed it "The Original G.I.Joe Offer" and the "G.I.Joe Adventure Team Offer". The advertisement pictured above came out of the G.I.Joe Comics Magazine.

The figures included were Stalker, Zap, Doc, Airborne, Grunt, Shortfuze, Flash, Rock N Roll, Major Bludd, and Cobra Officer. They came individually bagged with accessories and came with the G.I.Joe Collectors Display Case.

The set was sold for $25 plus $1.50 shipping and handling (California residents added Sales Tax), and the offer expired March 31, 1987.
