Arctic Assault Guile was released in 1994 as part of the Street Fighter Official movie line, a tie-in with the film Street Fighter.

Accessories:

Arctic Assault Guile came with a brown backpack, two white skis, a gold missile launcher, two black missiles, and a pale green buoy.

Variations:

Some figures had an eyelash line painted above the pupil, while others did not. The skis were available in white or pale green.

Body Construction:

Arctic Assault Guile was created using the body of Blizzard (1988) with a new head. The head was also used for Navy S.E.A.L. Guile (1994), Nightfighter Guile (1994), Paratrooper Guile (1994), Rock Trooper Guile (1994), Sonic Boom Guile (1994), and the Ultimate Fight! Guile (1994).
