Tiger Force Tunnel Rat was an exclusive figure that was available carded in Europe in 1991. He was one of six European exclusive Tiger Force figures.

Tunnel Rat came with a black rifle, a dark green backpack, a dark green bag, and two dark green flashlights.

The accessories are the same ones included with Tunnel Rat (1987).

The figure is made from the exact same mold of Tunnel Rat (1987).
