Figure Description
Red Laser was an exclusive figure that was available in the United
Kingdom and Europe around 1983 by the Palitoy toy company. He was available
packaged with the Action Force Laser Exterminator - a red and
black repaint of the HAL (Heavy Artillery Laser).
Note that the figure has a black skull and crossbones logo on his head. The logo is extremely fragile and is easily scratched off.

Red Laser came with a black laser pistol.

Variations:
Due to toy laws, a version of Red Laser without the enemy logo was
produced for the west German market.

Body Construction:
The figure is made from the mold of Cobra Commander (1982).
