Figure Description

Skydiver was an exclusive figure released only in India by the Funskool toy company. The figure was released in 1995.

Unlike most Funskool G.I.Joe figures, Skydiver does not come with a file card. On the back of the card it reads: "Sky Diver is the commander of the newly inducted paratrooper regiment of Joes. He was specifally recruited for his impeccable record. He has been very useful as he rescued Joes from many a tight spot. He is known for his bravery and single minded pursuit of enemy cobra forces. His favourite words are "I shall finish them". He is so courageous, the he lands up with just one machine gun and often alone even at cobra headquarters. He has always come out victorious."

Accessories:

Skydiver came with a black sub-machinegun and a red parachute (shown above at one-half size) with the Funskool logo on it. It is the same rifle included with the domestic release of Crazy Legs (1987).

Body Construction:

The figure is made up of the repainted head of Crazy Legs (1987) and the repainted body of Beach-Head (1986).
