This special version of Torpedo was available carded in India in 1988. G.I.Joe toys in India were produced by the Funskool toy company.

Accessories:

Torpedo came with a black harpoon gun, a blue backpack, and two blue flippers.

Variations:

There were three versions of Torpedo that were sold in India. The first was exactly like the U.S. version - in black and gray. The second version was in black and blue - pictured above. The third version was released in yellow and black.

Body Construction:

The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Torpedo (1983).

However, the body is molded in black and blue instead of black and gray, like the U.S. version.

In addition, the Indian plastic used is of a lower quality.
