Figure Description
This specially colored version of Short Fuse is an exclusive figure that was available carded in India in 1988 by the Funskool toy company.
Multiple colored versions of Short Fuse were sold in India. The early version had uniform molded in blue. The second version had a uniform molded in green (pictured above).

Accessories:
Short fuse came with a black mortar, a black mortar stand, a green backpack, a gray helmet, a visor, and a black battle stand.
Note that the backpack is made of a much brighter green than the U.S. version. The Indian version came with a gray helmet, as opposed to the U.S. version which came with a dark green helmet. Also, the U.S. version did not come with the black battle stand.
|
Body Construction:
The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Short Fuse (1982).
However, note that the Indian version is made of a light olive green, as opposed to the dark green of the U.S. version. Also, the hair is a dark blonde hair, as opposed to the bright yellow hair of the U.S. version, and the eyes and eyebrows are in dark brown, as opposed to light brown. Also, the boots of the Indian Shortfuse are entirely in brown, while the U.S. version has a green paint stripe on the front of the boots. The pouches on Short Fuse's legs are brown on the Indian version, but green on the U.S. version.
In addition, the Indian plastic used is of a lower quality.
