Figure Description
This specially colored version of Mercer is an exclusive figure that was available carded in India by the Funskool toy company.

Accessories:
Mercer came with two red rifles, a blue and yellow backpack/missile launcher (spring-loaded, actually fired), and an orange missile.

Body Construction:
The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Mercer (v2) (1991). Hoewver, note that the Indian version of Mercer does not have the orange paint highlights on his legs, does not have a silver belt buckles, does not have a black glove on his right hand, has black hair instead of brown, and has red highlights on his chest instead of orange.
