Code Name:
Lady Jaye
India
|
Figure Description
This special version of Lady Jaye was available carded in India in 1990. G.I.Joe toys in India were produced by the Funskool toy company.
|
Accessories:
Lady Jaye came with the same accessories as the U.S. version - a gray javelin, a green camera, and a green backpack. However, the Indian Lady Jaye's camera and backpack were made with a much brighter green color.
|
Variations:
There were two different versions of Lady Jaye sold in India. One was colored exactly like the U.S. version - the other was a brightly colored green (pictured above).
|
Body Construction:
The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Lady Jaye (1985).
However, note that the Indian version is made of a much brighter green than the U.S. version. Also, the belt of the Indian version is colored black, as opposed to brown.
In addition, the Indian plastic used is of a lower quality.
