This specially colored version of General Flagg was available carded in India by the Funskool toy company in 1999.
Body Construction:
The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of General Flagg (1992). However, the Indian version is made of different plastic. In addition, the Indian version has a jacket colored in maroon - unlike the U.S. version, which is brown.
