Figure Description

This special version of Dial-Tone was available carded in India in 1998 and 1999. G.I.Joe toys in India were produced by the Funskool toy company.

Accessories:

Dial-Tone came with several green accessories on a plastic "tree", a blue helmet, and an orange spring-loaded missile launcher.

Body Construction:

The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Dial-Tone (v4) (1994), except the upper arms which are from Road Pig (v1) (1988).

However, the body is molded in blue and green instead of yellow and green, like the U.S. version.

In addition, the Indian plastic used is of a lower quality.
