This special version of Cobra Commander (with Battle Armor) was available carded in India in 1993. G.I.Joe toys in India were produced by the Funskool toy company.

Accessories:

Cobra Commander came with a black pistol, a silver backpack, and a black mouthpiece.

Body Construction:

The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Cobra Comander (v3) (1987).

However, the blue on the figure is much lighter than the dark blue used on the U.S. version. Also, the belt is colored brown on the Indian version, as opposed to red on the U.S. version.

In addition, the Indian plastic used is of a lower quality.
