This special version of Beach Head was available carded in India in 1990 and again in 2002. G.I.Joe toys in India were produced by the Funskool toy company.
Accessories:
Beach Head came with a whitish blue rifle, a black backpack, and a black shoulder bag.
Variations:
Three variants of Beach Head were released in India - one with red trim, one with a yellow vest, and one in bright green. The bright green one is pictured above.
Body Construction:
The figure is made from the exact same mold of the U.S. release of Beach Head (1986).
However, the cowl is in bright green, while the U.S. version was in pine green. The vest is army green (as opposed to black) and the pants are green (as opposed to black).
In addition, the Indian plastic used is of a lower quality.
