This version of Major Bludd was an exclusive figure that was available carded in China around 1994.
Major Bludd came with a silver rifle.
The rifle is the same gun originally available domestically with Dodger.
The figure is made from the head of Major Bludd (v2) (1991), the chest of General Flagg (1992), and the arms, waist, and legs of Lamprey (1985).
