Figure Description
This version of Scoop was available carded in Brazil by the Estrela Toy Company as part of the Forca Electronica. The figure was released in 1993.

Accessories:
Scoop came with a green mouthpiece a green helmet, three black guns and a black backpack that made four electronic battle noises.

Body Construction:
The figure is the same as the U.S. version of Scoop (1989), with only slight color variance.
