Figure Description:
This version of Jinx was first available at the 1993 G.I.Joe Convention. It is a Hasbro authorized custom figure produced by James DeSimone as an exclusive figure for the 1993 G.I.Joe Collector's Club Convention. The quantity made is not known, nor was the figure ever listed as "limited." "Mint" examples continue to appear.
The figure can be removed from the bubble and resealed, as it is not glued shut. The bubble is much like a normal action figure display case that has a lip around the edge that can be reclosed.
The cardback is printed on good quality paper, and is either glued to cardstock, or adhered to self-adhesive cardstock. The bubble is attached using a hot glue gun.
The figure has a Cobra logo hand painted on its chest, and the hands and feet have been painted as well. The paint used on the hands and feet often times will be smudged off inside the package against the bubble. Note that the chest logo is incorrect - it was based on the Cobra logo used on the variant Cobra Commander. The cape is hand made and stamped with a correct Cobra logo.
