HEAVY DUTY (v3)
TANK COMMANDER
Year: 1998
Series: Fifteen
Heavy Duty was released as part of the fifteenth series (1998) with the G.I.Joe MOBAT (1998) (Motorized Offensive Battle Attack Tank). Also included with the MOBAT and Heavy Duty was Thunderwing.
The MOBAT, Thunderwing, and Heavy Duty were not produced in 1999, but they were re-packaged and available again in 2000.

Heavy Duty came with a black figure stand.
Note that the instructions that came with the G.I.Joe MOBAT (1998) did not specifically state which accessories were intended for Heavy Duty and which were intended for Thunderwing.
