Windchill (v2) was released boxed with the G.I.Joe Blockbuster in the thirteenth series (1994) as part of the Battle Corps subset.

Windchill was discontinued in 1994. After 1994, many left-over individually-bagged Windchills were available through some mail-order retailers.
