Action Sailor (v2) was available in the thirteenth series (1994) boxed in a G.I.Joe 30th Anniversary Original Action Team boxed set. The boxed set included the Action Soldier, Action Pilot (blue), Action Pilot Astronaut, Action Marine, and the Action Space Capsule.
Action Sailor was discontinued in 1994.
For the 1995 FX G.I.Joe Convention, Action Sailor was available boxed in a replica of the original 1964 12" G.I.Joe box, scaled for the 3 3/4" figure.
Accessories
Action Sailor came with a a black hose, two black flippers, a black spear gun, a black missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), a black missile, a black flashlight, a two-piece black scuba tank, and a two-piece sea sled.
Except for the flippers, air mask, missile, and missile launcher, all of Action Sailor's accessories came attached to two plastic "trees." The accessories were removed from the trees.

No variations of Action Sailor (v2) are known to exist.
Body Construction
Action Sailor's mold was also used that same year to create the individually boxed Action Sailor.
While not an action figure exactly, in 1998 the mold was used to create the Action Sailor Keychain.
