Accessories
Night Creeper Leader came with two gold swords, a gold knife, a gold shield, two gold crossbows, a gold missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two black missiles, and a gold figure stand.
Except for the missile launcher and missiles, all of Night Creeper Leader's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree." The accessories were removed from the tree.

Variations
There are two variants of Night Creeper Leader's packaging and filecard. The earlier first variant featured the G.I.Joe logo horizontally at the top of the card. The filecard on the back of the packaging was the "standard" size. The later second variant featured the G.I.Joe logo vertically on the left side of the card and the filecard was reduced down to "baseball card" size.
