Countdown (v3) was released carded in the thirteenth series (1994) as part of the Star Brigade subset. The later 1994 Star Brigade figures were numbered 49 through 54 - Countdown was number 53.
Countdown was discontinued in 1994.
Accessories
Countdown (v3) came with a green and blue helmet, two black rifles, a black knife, a blue missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two black missiles, and a black figure stand.
Except for the helmet and and missile launcher, all of Countdown (v3)'s accessories came attached to one plastic "tree." The accessories were removed from the tree.
