Snow Storm was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993).
Snow Storm (v1) was originally intended to be part of the 1993 Eco-Warrior subset. When the Eco-Warrior subset was cancelled, this version was released on normal G.I.Joe Battle Corps cards. It was quickly replaced by this version of Snow Storm (v2) that same year.
The 1993 Battle Corps figures were numbered 1 through 36 - Snow Storm was number 12. This version of Snow Storm was discontinued in 1994.

Accessories
Snow Storm came with two white rifles, a white handgun, a white knife, a brown missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two white missiles, and a white figure stand.
Except for the missile launcher, all of Snow Storm's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree." The accessories were removed from the tree.
