Figure Description:
Sagat was released carded in the twelfth series (1993) as part of Capcom's Street Fighter 2 subset. The Street Fighter 2 figures were numbered 1 through 12 - Sagat was number 12.
He was discontinued domestically in 1994.

Versions of Sagat:
This was the only version of Sagat ever released.
A Street Fighter Movie version of Sagat was released in 1994, but the Street Fighter Movie figures are not considered G.I.Joe figures.

There are no known variations of Sagat.

Body Construction:
Sagat's body is entirely original - no parts were taken from other figures and no parts were ever re-used.
The body was designed with a martial arts action - "Thai Chop." Sagat's right arm could be lowered causing the left arm to rise. When the right arm was released, the left arm would come down in a chopping motion.
