Leatherneck (version 3) was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993). The 1993 Battle Corps figures were numbered 1 through 36 - Leatherneck was number 11.
He was discontinued domestically in 1994.

Leatherneck came with three black rifles, a black handgun, a black knife, an orange missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), a black missile, and a black figure stand.
Except for the missile launcher, all of Leatherneck's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree." The accessories were removed from the tree.
Note that Leatherneck's figure stand is for his left foot - not his right like most G.I.Joe figure stands.
