Heavy Duty (version 2) was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993) as part of the Star Brigade: Armor Tech subset.
He was discontinued domestically in 1994.
Accessories
Heavy Duty came with two black guns, a black knife, a green helmet, two black missiles (that fit into his left arm), and a black figure stand.
Except for the helmet, all of Heavy Duty's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree." The accessories were removed from the tree.

Body Construction
Like other Armor-Tech figures, Heavy Duty had very limited articulation. There is no "backpack screw" in the back of the figure, so the figure cannot be opened using a screw driver.
Note that Heavy Duty's left arm is a missile launcher. Spring loaded, it actually fired the two black missiles.
Heavy Duty shares the same arms with Duke (v5), and the same legs with Rock N Roll (v4). The torso is unique.
Versions of Heavy Duty
Note that while some Heavy Dutys have a file name of Lamont Morris and some have a file name of Hershel Dalton, all seem to have a basis on the same character.
