Code Name:

Gristle

Desimone Guide: #414

Carded Figure

Carded Figure (back)

Gristle's Filecard

Figure Description:

Gristle was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993). The 1993 Battle Corps figures were numbered 1 through 36 - Gristle was number 32.

Gristle was intended to be part of the 1993 assortment of D.E.F. (Drug Elimination Force) subset. However, Hasbro decided not to release any D.E.F. toys in 1993 and instead repackaged them as Battle Corps toys.

He was discontinued domestically in 1994.

Versions of Gristle:

Accessories:

Gristle came with two maroon rifles, a maroon knife, a yellow missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two maroon missiles, and a maroon figure stand.

Except for the missile launcher, all of Gristle's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree". The accessories were removed from the tree.
