Blast-Off was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993) as part of the Mega Marines subset.
He was discontinued domestically in 1994.
Accessories
Blast-Off came with two blue guns, a blue knife, an orange helmet, a red missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two blue missiles, a blue figure stand, a red armor mold, and a canister of "moldable bio-armor."
The "moldable bio-armor" was Play-Doh that could be molded onto the figure using the red armor piece.
Except for the missile launcher, helmet, armor, and canister of Play-Doh, all of Blast-Off's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree." The accessories were removed from the tree.
