Figure Description:

Backblast (version 2) was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993). The 1993 Battle Corps figures were numbered 1 through 36 - Backblast was number 22.

He was discontinued domestically in 1994.

Versions of Backblast:

• Version One (1989)
• Version Two (1993)
• Version Three (2004)
• Version Four (2005)

Accessories:

Backblast came with two black rifles, a black knife, a black missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two black missiles, and a black figure stand.

Except for the missile launcher, all of Backblast's accessories came attached to one plastic "tree". The accessories were removed from the tree.

Variations:

There are two versions of Backblast - one version has a large chest logo and the other version has a small chest logo.

Body Construction:

Backblast's head, chest, waist, and legs were originally used to create the original Backblast (1989). The arms were originally used to create Topside (1990).
