Prepoduction artwork indicates that this figure was at one point considered for the Eco-Warriors subset.

Major Bludd came with a yellow rifle, a dark gray sonic disruptor, a dark gray muzzle, a dark gray sonic backpack that made four electronic battle sounds (it included four 357a button size batteries), and a black figure stand.
