Figure Description:

Dusty and Sandstorm (the third figure release with the name "Dusty") was first released carded as part of the tenth series (1991). He was discontinued domestically in 1992.

Body Construction:

Dusty's body is entirely original - no parts were taken from other figures.

The entire mold was re-used in 2000 to create Dusty (v4) and the 2002 Convention Exclusive Paratrooper Dusty. The head, waist, and legs were re-used in 2002 to create Dusty (v5).
